She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Business Management at Lone Star College and teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) at Houston Community College, where she empowers diverse student populations through innovative and inclusive instruction.
In 2019, Dr. Pigman published Accountability in the Workplace: Why Does It Matter?, followed by a companion workbook in 2020. These works reflect her deep commitment to cultivating ethical, responsible leadership across industries.
As the Founder and CEO of Classic AP Consultant, Dr. Pigman’s mission is to help individuals and organizations grow by integrating faith, business acumen, and purpose. Her unique coaching and consulting approach bridges personal development with professional excellence.
Dr. Pigman’s career began in the healthcare industry as a Provider Relations Advocate and spans nearly two decades of experience in managed care. Her expertise includes provider relations, account management, quality improvement, and service coordination—positions that have shaped her holistic, client-centered philosophy.
She earned her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation from Capella University in 2017, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University. In addition, she is a Certified Life Coach, trained by the Bloom Life Coach Institute, where she gained deep insights into how individuals get stuck in limiting patterns and how to guide them toward personal and professional breakthroughs.
As a keynote speaker, Dr. Pigman has been invited by numerous organizations to share her expertise on workplace accountability and leadership. Her presentations are known for their authenticity, insight, and actionable strategies that inspire lasting change.
